高压加热器泄漏检验和缺陷分析

摘    要:某电厂卧式高压加热器投入使用后, 多次发生管程换热管束爆管事故。2004 年运回制造厂返修,同时调查分析缺陷产生的原因, 从而提出对策: 对高压加热器的运行参数要严格控制; 加强对高压加热器热交换管进行定期检查; 及早更换有损坏的法兰垫圈, 防止被冲进高压加热器对热交换器钢管造成危害。

Abstract:After the horizontal high pressure heater was put into operation, heat exchange tube bundle bursts within tube route occurred many times. It was sent back to factory for repair in 2004. Through analyzing the causes of defects, countermeasures are proposed that high pressure heater operating parameters must be strictly controlled; heat exchange tubes must be checked periodically; damaged flange gasket must be replaced as soon as possible to prevent it from getting into the heater damaging the steel heat exchange tube.
