摘    要:反应流出物空冷器管束在使用过程中由于各种原因会造成腐蚀穿孔,引起高压高温介质泄漏,因此需要定期进行检测。讨论了远场涡流技术在带翅片和不带翅片碳钢管束上的应用,比较了两种情况下远场涡流检测能力的差异,包括对比试样的制备、检测灵敏度和检测参数的选择等,并提出了带翅片碳钢管束的远场涡流检测方法。

Abstract:The tube bundle of reactor effluent air cooler may encounter corrosion perforation due to various causes in the service, leading to leakage of high pressure and high temperature medium. In order to avoid occurrence of burning and explosion accident, regular inspection of the tube bundle is required. The tube bundle is made of alloy steel or carbon steel tube. The application of remote field eddy current testing(RFET)technology to finned and finless carbon steel tube bundles is discussed and the differences of the two cases in RFET technology are compared, including fabrication of comparison specimens and selection of inspection sensitivity and inspection parameters and so on. And the far field eddy current inspection method for finned carbon steel tube bundle is proposed.
