| 摘 要： | 文章对腐乳生产菌株雅致放射毛霉蛋白酶的定位及释放进行了研究，结果表明：雅致放射毛霉存在胞外和胞内(或膜)蛋白酶。其中，胞外蛋白酶是松散结合在菌丝上的细胞表面酶，离子溶液和非离子溶液都可以将其释放，但有部分只能在离子溶液中释放；水和盐溶液都可以释放胞内(或膜)蛋白酶。0．3M的NaCL溶液可以作为胞外和胞内(或膜)蛋白酶的提取剂。

| Abstract: | This paper investigated the localization and release of protease by A.elegans 2.278.The results showed that the protease included extra-cellular protease which was loosely binded with mycelia and intracellular(or membrane)protease.Though part of extra-cellular protease could only be released by ionic solution,most of them could be released by ionic solution and unionic solution,between which the 0.3M NaCl was the better. |
