多通道穿过式探头涡流检测方法研究

摘    要:穿过式探头涡流探伤法是检测钢管最常用的方法之一,但其检测灵敏度随着管径的增大而降低,从而极大地限制了检测大中口径钢管的能力.在分析影响灵敏度主要因素的基础上研究提高涡流检测灵敏度的一种有效途径——采用多通道穿过式涡流探头来检测大中口径的钢管.结果表明,与单通道穿过式探头法相比,该法能较为有效地解决灵敏度不高的问题.

Abstract:The through-type probe eddy current testing technique is one of the main methods for testing steel tube. The testing sensitivity of the technique will be reduced with the increment of tube diameter. and it leads to the limitation of testing capabilities for those steel tubes with median and large diameters. Based on the analysis of the factors that influence the sensitivity, the way for increasing the testing sensitivity has been developed, by which multi-channel and through-type eddy current probes are used to test median and large diameter tubes. Application results show that the technique developed can solve the problem of sensitivity efficiently compared to the single-channel through-type probe method.
