管状螺纹联接件超声探伤方法研究

摘    要:钻杆和钻铤等管状螺纹联接件是钻探和石油钻井工业中的关键设备,对管状螺纹联接件的超声检测方法进行了研究,以钻铤检测为例,介绍探头设计的考虑因素和计算方法,据此研制的接触式线聚焦双斜探头,能满足管状螺纹联接件的探伤要求。

Abstract:Drill rod and collar are key apparatus in drilling exploration and well drilling industry. Ultrasonic method for the inspection of the apparatus is studied and the special contact focussing probe developed for tubular thread connector is described including its design and calculation.
