摘    要:将计算机技术,机电控制技术和信号处理技术与漏磁检测技术结合起来,研制成一种适用于野外作业的便携式管道缺陷漏磁检测装置,实验测试表明,该装置灵敏度及检测效率高,且成本低,在管道外侧一次扫查能检测出管道内外壁缺陷,在冶金,石油化工以及城市水暖供应等工业部门中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:A portable magnetic flux leakage testing device for field inspection of the pipelines in use has been developed by combining computer, electromechanical control, signal processing and magnetic flux leakage testing. Experimental data show that the device is of high sensitivity, high efficiency and low cost. The defects in both the inside and outside walls of a pipeline can be detected out by scanning only once from the outside and it has wide application prospects in the fields of metallurgy, petrochemical industry, water supply and city warming facilities.
