摘    要:无缝承压钢管高速自动化检测系统采用二维漏磁检测技术高速检测钢管各种细微缺陷;用动态超声测厚技术检测钢管各处较大的缺陷和钢管壁厚;结合计算机测控技术,对检测全过程监监测,分析运算和存储缺陷信号,对缺陷标记,定位。该系统已稳定运行多,检测速度25-45m/min,检测能力L10,检测钢管直径为50-200mm。

Abstract:High-speed automatic inspection system for seamless pressured steel pipes is discribed, in which two-dimensional magnetic leakage testing technology is used to detect smaller flaws and dynamic ultrasonic thickness measurement technology is used to detect larger flaws and measure the thickness of steel pipes. In combination with computer technique, the system is applied to monitor testing, to analyze, compute and store flawsignals, and to mark and locate flaws. Pipes with diameters of 50 -200mm can be tested with the system.
