电容层析成象传感器负灵敏度区影响的研究

摘    要:电介质的电极化效应导致电容层析成象传感器负灵敏度区出现。以实例说明负灵敏度区内某些部位介质出现导致电容量减小、抵消敏感区内的部分信息,降低测量分辨力,并讨论传感器阵列设计的原则。

Abstract:Negative sensing areas of capacitance tomographic transducer arrays resulted from the dielectric po-larization effect of electrostatic field. It was shown by figures that the presence of components in negative sensing areas seemed to cancel out information in positive sensing areas to some extent and the resolution of transducer de-scended. The design principles of transducer arrays were also discussed.
