石油套管生产中无损检测的优化配置

摘    要:指出了在套管生产检验中使用的国际通用性标准API SPEC 5CT《套管和油管》中有关无损检测规定的不足之处,提出了一套完整的无损检测手段配置方案,以达到高效、经济、不漏检缺陷的目的.同时,对漏磁、超声及磁粉等方法在生产检验中的应用进行了讨论.

Abstract:Shortcomings of nondestructive testing items in API SPEC 5CT (Specification for Casing, and Tubing) used in production and inspection of casings are pointed out. At the sametime, a set of disposal scheme of nondestructive inspection methods is given to make the production effective, economical and reliable. The applications of nondestructive inspection methods to casing production and inspection are discussed, such as magnetic flux leakage, ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection methods, etc.
