摘    要:PLC具有很高的可靠性,采用PLC为采集机的高速铁路的转辙机动作电流监测回路,简化了系统结构,提高了系统可靠性。PLC所提供的AD点数较少,且数据寄存器非常有限,如何合理地应用AD输入口,尤其是有效对数据寄存器进行管理成为该系统的研究重点:本文重点从软件方面分析了转辙机动作电流采集及数据处理的原理及实现。

Abstract:Based on the high reliability of PLC, the collector uses PLC to collect the circuit data of the switches on the high-speed railway, which could simplify the system structure and improve the reliability of the system. However there are not enough AD ports on the AD module of PLC, and the data register is very limited. So how to use the AD ports reasonably and how to ensure high-efficiency utilization of the storage is very important of the system. Thus, this article mainly analyzes and realizes the switch circuit data collecting and processing.
