摘    要:2- ( 2′-咪唑偶氮 ) - 4- (甲基苯 )与钴、镍均有灵敏的显色反应 ,但两个配合物的吸收光谱重叠 ,以测定钴的波长组合 ( 4 5 0 ,478nm)为测定波长对 ,以钴作标准加入组份 ,用双波长标准加入法同时测定低合金钢中的微量钴和镍 ,结果令人满意

Abstract:In a buffer medium of NH 3 NH 4Cl at pH 9.5, cobalt and nickel react with imidazolylazo 4 methylphenyl (IAP 4M) to form colour complexes. The maximum absorption of the two complexes occur respectively at 450 and 470 nm, but it is difficult to differentiate the two absorption spectra. By applying two wavelength standard addition method, the concentration of cobalt and nickel in mixtures could be simultaneously determined. This method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity and simple operation. When it was applied to simultaneous determination of cobalt and nickel in alloy steel sanoples satisfactory results were obtained.
