摘    要:本文系统地讨论了运用优化理论上机选择行星变速箱综合简图的全部算法。文中提出了行星变速箱方案评价指标优化的目标函数及约束条件。介绍了为上机筛选而建立组成机构符号、构件外部连接符号及工况次序符号的算法。在确定能实现给定传动比系列的行星变速箱简图集时,为了节省机时和尽可能少的遗漏可行方案,本文提出了以阻尼最小二乘法解行星变速箱传动比方程组的具体算法。本文还讨论了以拓扑平面图为基本理论,以Kuratowski图的相邻矩阵为判据检查行星变速箱几何相容性的算法。最后介绍了行星变速箱各构件转速及各操纵件扭矩等基本参数的算法。据此可以最终寻找出行星变速箱综合简图的最佳方案。


Optimization of Planetary-gearbox and Supplementary Design by Computer
Abstract:This pa er systematically presents a kind of calculating method for choosing the optimal planetary-gearbox scheme sketch by means of optimization theory and computer. Therefore,the appraisal to optimizaing object function and restraint conditions of the planetary-gearbox is advanced, the calculating marks including mechanism components, mutual cortnections and load case orders are also introduced for optimally seeking by computer. In order to save the computing time and have the feasible schemes with least omission as far as possible, this paper puts forward a particular method using damped least square method to solve the equation series of transmitting ratio during difining the scheme sketches which are able to achieve the given transmitting ratios. A calcuating method taking topology and Kuratowski diagram, as theoretical basis is discussed, which can check the compatiblily of planetary-gearbox structure. Lastly, this paper shows a method to calculate the rotation speed of each element of planetary-gearbox and the torque acting on each operating component. As a result, the optimal scheme can be sought.
