摘    要:介绍了用连续进水SBR工艺处理四环素废水的实验研究和工程实践过程,提出SBR和接触氧化串联处理四环素废水的新工艺,经工程实践证明,采用此工艺废水COD总去除率可以稳定在85%以上,SBR反应器去除负荷可以达到2.7kgCOD/m3·d.

Abstract:The research and engineering practice on treating the wastewater from acheomycin producing process by SBR process are introduced,the new processes of SBR-contact oxidation was brought forward first.The engineering practice show that the COD removal rate of the wastewater from acheomycin producing process by SBR-contact oxidation process could reach 85% steadily,and the COD load of SBR could reach 2.7kgCOD/m3od.
