| 摘 要： | 素质教育是以全面提高人的素质为目的的教育，是一种体现时代要求的高质量的教育，是以促进学生身心发展为目的，以提高国民思想道德、文化科学、劳动技能、身体心理素质为宗旨的基础教育。基础教育如何落实素质教育，不仅关系到整个基础教学的质量。而且关系到整个基础教育的质量。素质教育应主要从观念更新，确立人文取向的素质教育观念，营造人文取向的校园文化等方面推进。
