节约方寸地，留与子孙耕—墓地占地现象及其对策研究

我国是一个人多地少的国家,但“死人与活人争地”、青山被墓地霸占的现象却十分普遍,如何对墓地进行合理的规划建设与管理成为一个不容忽视的问题。笔者从城市规划角度针对墓地占地现象提出几种可行的对策,同时也对公墓的规划和建设、管理形式进行了初步探索。最后,笔者结合浙江省某沿海城市墓地占地现象问题谈了个人的一些解决方法。

The Prohlems of Burial Ground

In China,it is almost ubiqui-tous where that the dead is robbing theprecious land of the living,and how toconstruct and manage the burial groundsappropriately is becoming a seriousproblem. This paper presents an initia-tive exploration on the ways of cemeteryplanning,construction and management,and discusses the possible so-lution and its feasibility.
