| 摘 要： | 梯级水库群集中调度、联合管理是梯级水库形成后逐步发展起来的一种管理模式，其管理效益已经初见成效。文章结合乌江流域梯级水库集中调度管理的实践，介绍了梯级水电站联合调度、水火联合调度、跨流域调度已是集中管理发展的趋势。为此，合理配置人力资源，优化梯级流域的集中管理，提高经济效益，已成为集中调度管理的主题。
