动力减振器用于电机变速过程的振动控制

摘    要:针对起重机系统电机变速过程引发的振动问题,应用单个动力减振器进行控制。建立一个实际系统的简化振动模型,基于振动测试数据估计参数。采用准稳态的分析方法,设计、计算和预测动力减振器控制效果。实际应用表明,恰当选择附加阻尼动力减振器的参数,在电机的变速范围可以有效地将振动幅度控制在要求的范围。

Abstract:A research is conducted on application of dynamic vibration absorber for controlling hoist motor vibration during its rotary speed variation.A simplified vibratory model is built for a practical hoist system,and its parameters are evaluated based on vibration measurement data.Under assumption of qua- si-stationary variation of motor rotary speed,a dynamical system is designed and its vibration control per- formance is numerically simulated.Application shows the dynamic vibration absorber with damper effec- tively controls the original system vibration to the required level in the motor's rotary speed range.
