Construction Technology of Post-tensioning Prestressed Continuous Box Girder Structure

After a series of conclusions of construction case, a specific construction process is finally formed by the improvement of the conventional prestress reinforcement stretching technique, such as reduce the friction loss during the stretching by means of the adoption of plastic corrugated pipe; symmetry stretch at the both ends simultaneously; reduce the stress loss by over stretching; meliorate mixing technics and mixture ratio of grouting to increase the compactness of slurry.
