桦甸油页岩低温干馏影响因素研究

摘    要:在自制的干馏装置上,以桦甸油页岩为原料,采用低温干馏的方法对影响页岩油收率的主要因素:升温速率、干馏终温、持温时间、页岩粒度、料层厚度等进行了考察。结果表明,采用变速升温速率(平均升温速率为5.5℃/min)进行升温,在干馏终温为525℃、持温时间为20 min、油页岩颗粒度小于6 mm、料层厚度为40 mm的最佳工艺条件下,页岩油收率可达到99.21%。

Abstract:The key factors affecting the yields of shale oil including heating rate,terminal temperature of dry distillation,temperature holding time,shale particle sizes and particle layer thickness were investigatied by using Huadian oil shale as feedstocks,adopting low-temperature dry distillation method and in a selfmade dry distillation unit.The results showed that under the optimum conditions of the average heating rate 5.5 ℃/min,the terminal temperature 525 ℃,the temperature holding time 20 min,the oil shale pa...
