免耕播种机组合镇压器设计研究

摘    要:针对垄作保护性耕作技术体系中的小麦垄作免耕播种机,设计与其配套的组合镇压器,能够同时镇压垄沿及播种带.利用压实轮对修垄后垄沿松散的土壤进行压实,增强修垄效果;依靠镇压轮Ⅰ与镇压轮Ⅱ上的圆环结构镇压播种带;使用间隔管在根茬带开缺口,减小玉米根茬的抬升力.田间性能试验表明本组合镇压器的工作效果能够满足农艺要求.

STUDY ON COMBINED PRESS FOR PERMANENT RAISED BEDS PLANTER

Abstract:According to the demand of developing a permanent raised beds (PRB) wheat planter, a combined press device is developed to press ridge sides and planting zones at the same time. Compacting wheels are designed to compact the ridge sides to ensure the reshaping effect, while press roller Ⅰ and press roller Ⅱ are designed to press the planting zones. Two tubes are used to make the maize stubbles pass unobstructed. In field trials it is proved that the press effect of the combined press can satisfy the agricultural requirements.
