新型Al-Ti-CN中间合金的制备

摘    要:Al-Ti—CN中间合金的生产,是由纯铝熔化后加入TiCN粉制成,通过一系列A1-Ti—CN中间合金的合金化熔炼试验,从TiCN粉加入量、铝熔炼温度、保温时间等工艺试验,找出A1-Ti—CN中间合金的最佳生产工艺.对Al—Ti—CN中间合金用于工业生产提供了有益参数.

Abstract:Al-Ti-CN master alloy was prepared by adding TiCN powder into melting aluminum. A series of experiments was carried on melting experiments of Al-Ti-CN master alloy. The experiment pa- rameters include the amount of added TiCN powder, the heating temperature and the remaining time. The optimum parameters were identified for the production of Al-Ti-CN master alloy. The present work provided useful parameters for industrial production of Al-Ti-CN master alloy.
