循环流化床锅炉油枪点火试验分析

摘    要:通过现场油枪试验,分析了油压和回油压力对油枪出力及雾化质量的影响,指出循环流化床锅炉点火前一定要进行油枪试验,确定油枪的工作压力范围,同时对油枪点火的影响因素进行了分析,认为在油枪雾化质量良好的基础上,应着重关注点火风量和混合风量的调节,并通过观察火焰判断燃烧的效果。

Abstract:Through field oil gun test, the influence of oil pressure and return oil pressure on the oil gun output and the atomizing quality was analyzed. It was pointed out that the oil gun test must be made before the CFB boiler ignition and the working pressure range of the oil gun must be determined. Analyzing the factors affecting the oil gun ignition, it was put forward that on the basis of a good atomizing quality, a close attention on the adjustment of the ignition air quantity and the cold air quantity should be paid and the oil combustion effect should be judged by the flame.
