| 摘 要： | 主要介绍实验型AGV驱动电源的设计过程,详细论述AGV小车驱动功率、电动机扭矩和蓄电池容量的计算等。根据计算和分析选择直流电动机和驱动元件,设计驱动电路,利用MCU定时中断产生PWM波对直流电动机进行控制,设计以单片机为中心的控制器。

| Abstract: | The main design process of drive system for test type AGV was introduced,and the calculation of AGV's drive power,motor torque and storage cell capability were amply dissertated.Bases on the calculation and analyse,the DCmotor and driving elements were selected.The driving circuit was designed.The PWM wave produced by MCU to control the DCmotor.Design the controller that takes the MCU as the heart. |
