| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种基于短时能量和短时过零率的话音激活检测算法,在TMS320VC5416 DSK开发平台上实现了该算法,并与ITU-TG.729B、G.723.1话音编码方案中所采用的话音激活检测算法作比较,最后得出该算法具有一定实用价值的结论。
