| Abstract: | The physicochemical property and the role of phytic acid ( phytate ) and the variety and main function of phytase in feedstuff were studied in this paper. The current research status and application both at home and abroad of phytase and main function of phytase in feedstuff was also stated. In the end, the next study aspect is pointed. |
