| 摘 要： | 分析多面体常用加工方法及存在的问题，提出3＋2轴定位方式在VDW-320五轴机床加工多面体及斜孔。分析多面体加工工艺、回转坐标换算，应用先进的SINUMERIK 840D图形交互对话式进行数控编程，提出了加工工艺方案。

| Abstract: | Analysis of commonly used processing methods and existence problems of Polyhedron, Processing polyhedron and inclined hole with VDW-320 five-axis machining center using 3 ＋2 axis positioning method is proposed. Analysis of polyhedral Processing,rotation coordinate transformation, Carting on the numerical control programming with advanced interactive graphics SINUMERIK 840D control system,and proposed processing technology program. |
