顶吹转炉渣 金母相界面积的分形表征

摘    要:应用分形理论和渣 金母相分维数及余维相加定律,计算了顶吹转炉水模型过程中渣 金母相面积,并用正交实验法分析了各个影响因素对实验结果的影响。结果表明,渣 金母相面积受渣 金比的影响较大,氧枪枪位和顶吹气量的影响次之。

Abstract:According to the law of additive codimensions in fractal theory, the slag-metal boundary area in water modeling of converter blowing process was quantitatively determined. The influences of blowing parameters on boundary area were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The results show that the boundary area of slag-metal phase was influenced primarily by the slag-metal ratio, and the top blowing flow rate and the lance position take the second place.
