浅议高校学生档案管理的问题及对策

大学生档案是个人档案的重要组成部分，是大学生就业、择业、用人单位筛选人才的重要依据之一。但目前大学生档案管理工作仍然存在许多不规范不标准的地方，给学生就业及用人单位管理工作带来了许多问题。建议从加强法规建设、及时收集整理、扩大档案归档范围、严格转递工作等方面加强管理，使其更好的发挥作用。

Research on Problems and Countermeasure to the Administration of Undergraduate Archive

An undergraduate archive is an important part of personal archives and one of the important bases on which the corporation evaluate the undergraduate applying for a job. However, the administration of undergraduate archive is still nonstandard in some aspects, which bring lots of problems to applying for job of undergraduate and administration of corporations. Thereby, we suggest that the administration of undergraduate archive should be intensified and make the undergraduate archive operate well.
