| 摘 要： | 气液分离器是生产72%片碱蒸发装置的关键设备之一,用于除去蒸汽中夹带的碱性雾滴。本文介绍了在该装置中常用的气液分离器,重点对旋流板分离器的工作过程、技术原理以及影响因素进行分析和总结,尤其对单程和双程旋流板分离器的各项性能进行对比。分析认为双程旋流板分离器在进行气液分离时具有较小的压降、较高的分离效率以及较高的适用范围等特点,因此具有较为广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The mist separator is the key apparatus in 72% flake caustic soda producing process,which is used to remove alkaline mist form the steam gas.
