酱油和水解植物蛋白中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇(3-MCPD)的检测

摘    要:研究了酱油和水解植物蛋白中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇(3-MCPD)的快速检测方法,采用CHROMABOND XTR硅藻土固相萃取柱柱上液液萃取净化,七氟丁酰咪唑衍生,GC-MS同位素内标法检测,检测低限为0.005mg/kg,回收率为81.3%~96.2%,变异系数4.35%~6.62%。

Abstract:Fast Determination of 3-chloro-1,2-propandiol in soy sauce and hydrolyzed vegetable Protein was development.The sample were cleanup with CHROMABOND XTR diatomite SPE column,derived from HFBI and detected by GC-MS.Quantitate by deuterated isotope internal standard of isotope.Detected limit was 0.005 mg/kg,the additive recovery was 81.3%-96.2%,the coefficient of variation was 4.35%~6.62%.
