| Abstract: | In accordance with the current situation and the existing problems of investment control in the design phrase , the paper comes out with the idea that only by comprehensively extending limit design in the designing field , deepen the investment control during the design phrase , can the notion of investment control during the entire process be expressed , the investment control effect be improved and the total investment on the project be saved. |
