| Abstract: | The opening Telocity is used for check of a production, but the velocity curve against time during opening seems tobe the design criterion for sketching of interrupting chamber of a H. V. circuit breaker and its operating system as well. The CO-relations among Telocity, arcing time, contact dynamics and operating energy. as an example, are shown in this paper. |
