摘    要:根据对火电厂的调查结果,认为管内水垢严重影响了凝汽器的运行效率;分别对自动清洗技术的清洗功能和强化传热能力进行了模拟实验,并从理论上分析了污垢厚度对真空度的影响。

Abstract:By practical investigation, it is considered that it, which causes the low efficiency of condensers in power plants are water fouling adhering to the inner wall of heat transfer tubes. To study the ability of heat transfer enhancement and self-cleaning, the simulated experiments are conducted. The effect of the fouling on the vacuum is analyzed and calculated by means of energy balance. The results show that this technology has considerable economic advantages.
