循环流化床锅炉主汽温度低的原因分析及改进

摘    要:对循环流化床锅炉主汽温度低的原因进行分析,指出设计参数选取不当、传热温压的计算方法选择不当,导致过热器计算受热面面积不足为主要原因,同时在运行中也应重视炉内物料循环量对提高汽温的影响,并从锅炉的设计和运行两个方面提出了一些建议。

Abstract:The reason for low temperature of the main stream of CFB boiler was analyzed,it was pointed that part of the design parameters selected improper,the method of transfer heat pressure's calculating is error,which lead to super heater surface area calculation shortage.meanwhile we should pay attention to the effect of recycling materials to raise steam temperature.From the boiler design and operation aspect to made some recommendations.
