摘    要:根据现场实验研究,从研究注汽锅炉的结垢机理入手,提出了污水硬度深度去除技术、高含硅稠油污水回用锅炉技术和干度在线监测及控制技术三大有效的阻垢防垢技术,为油田注汽锅炉的安全平稳运行,节能减排提供有力的理论依据。

Abstract:According to the experiment in the field,from the study of scaling mechanism of the steam-injection boiler,three scaling prevention technologies are proposed.That is,the depth water hardness removal technology,high silicon sewage recycle technology and the dryness monitoring and control techniques.Based on these,the theoretical basis is provided for the safety and smooth operation of the steam-injection boiler,energy saving and emission reduction.
