With the development of computer error prevention technology and the wide application of topological theory and mobile ＆ wireless technologies, the technical and hardware support, which aims to prevent making mistakes in dispatching and operating, is offered in the field of computer error prevention and the system of automatic dispatching and distributing network. Based on the present situation of dispatching and distribution network, its features and functions, this thesis combine the experience on site and it is aiming at probing into the applied ways of the computer error prevention techniques in dispatching and distributing in network.
