乙烯装置汽油分馏塔的优化设计

摘    要:汽油分馏塔设计中的主要难题是如何从工艺及结构上解决气相聚合物和焦化物对填料和气液分布器的堵塞问题。采用抗脏堵能力强和综合性能优良的组片式波纹填料、ZUGRID格栅填料、新型槽盘式气液分布器、新型穿流气体分布塔盘和具有三相分离功能的辐射式进气初始分布器是该塔设计的最佳选择。

Abstract:The main problem in design of gasoline fractionator is how to prevent blocking of gas phase polymer and coke pellets in packing and gas distributor. The application of new type ripple packing, ZUGRID grid packing, slot tray type gas-liquid distributor, radiant type primary feed distributor are the best choice in design of the tower.
