摘    要:通过理论计算找出两套硫磺回收装置扩大处理量的瓶颈所在,并结合经济技术分析,确定改造第二套硫磺回收装置,改造后使其生产规模由0.5×10~4t/a提高到1.0×10~4t/a,满足了全厂加工总流程的要求。

Abstract:The existing bottlenecks for increasing the capacity of two sulfur recovery units are found by theoretical calculation . Combining with economical technical analysis, No. 2 sulfur recovery unit is determined to be modified, the processing capacity will increase to 10kt/a from 5kt/a so that the needs of general process are fulfilled.
