摘    要:扬子/巴斯夫(YPC-BASF)一体化石化基地(简称IPS)项目可行性研究报告于2000年5月18日完成并上报,该报告的编制历时4年。在这4年的编制过程中,其产品方案、总平面布置以及后勤运输系统出现了不计其数的变更,这尽管给可行性研究报告的编制带来诸多不便,但每一次变更都是出于对总平面布置和后勤运输系统进一步优化的考虑。通

Abstract:Two concepts are introduced in the article: Standard block fields and logistic transportation. Standard block fields is another way for general plot layout, belonging to the subject of general plan transportation. But logistic transportation is not only done by general plan transportation, it covers the disciplines such as process, mechanic, storage transportation, general plot plan and so on, it begins from feedstock market and ends by product market. During the plan of whole petrochemical base, the stream link must be optimized continuously among feedstock market, feedstock storage transportation, production plant, product storage transportation and product market to enhance the flexibility of logistic transportation at the utmost, thus logistic transportation can adapt the ever changing market and improve the competition ability of products.
