| Abstract: | Based on the developed valve stroking,the water hammer control for pump-turbines is studied.It is suggested that the piezometric head at the exit of the machines or at the entrance or the difference of the piezometric heads between both sides be controlled.Besides, some calculations are done and some regularities are obtained in the course of full load rejection. |
