摘    要:根据牛粪发电自动控制的要求,提出了一种基于S7—300PLC的牛粪发电智能控制系统。该系统能够实现从进料到生产沼气,再到转化为清洁能源的全过程进行自动控制和实时监控。系统通过PROFIBUS现场总线实现PLC与自动控制系统设备及I/O的通讯,采用MPI方式实现PLC与上位监控机的通讯。运行结果表明:该系统是一套工作可靠,具有良好应用前景的牛粪发电无人值守的自动控制方案。

Abstract:According to the requirements of cow power generation automatic control, the cow power generation intelligent control system based on the S7 - 300PLC is proposed. The system can realize automatic control and monitoring of the whole process, from feeding to biogas power generation, and then to clean energy. System made PLC communicate with automatic control system equipment and I/O by PROFIBUS fieldbus, While System made PLC communicate with the monitor communications by MPI. The result shows that: the system is high reliable, with good prospects for the application of cow dung unmanned automatic control of power generation program.
