摘    要:商标是企业、产品与消费者之间的桥梁,是企业信誉和形象的物质载体。企业在商标使用中存在着使用标识不及时注册、使用不当、丧失专用权、策略单一、使商标被闲置或淡化等问题,提出了建章立制、统一使用商标、制定完善的商标策略、对商标进行国际注册等保护企业商标的措施。

Abstract:The Trademark is not only a bridge among corporation, product and consumer, but also a substance carrier of enterprise reputation and corporate identity.
