| Abstract: | Semiconductor nanoparticles have potential application in national defence,electron,chemical industry,nucleus technique,metallurgy,aviation,light industry and medicine due to their strong optical and electronic properties.Research in this area has recently expanded beyond studies of isolated nanoparticals to include investigations of the properties of composite semiconductor systems.The application and properties of semiconductor nanoparticles,type and synthesis of composite semiconductor nanoparticles were summarized in this paper. |
