摘    要:安钢制氧厂2套23500m3/h空分设备氧压机手动升压的劳动强度大而且升压时易引起喘振故障,为此新设计了氧压机自动升压程序。实践表明,通过自动升压程序控制的氧压机可有效缩短氧气压缩时间,降低操作人员的劳动强度。

Design and realization of an automatic pressurization controlling program for the oxygen compressors in two sets of 23500m~3/h air separation units
Abstract:To avoid high labor intensity and probable surge during the manual pressurization process of the oxygen compressor of two sets of 23500m3/h air separation units at Angang,a program was designed for oxygen compressor to control its automatic pressurization.The practice showed the significantly shortened oxygen compression time and the reduced labor intensity thanks to the automatic pressurization program.
