| 摘 要： | 建立高效液相色谱 -大气压化学电离质谱测定纺织品中 2 ,4 二氯苯氧乙酸和2 ,4 ,5 -三氯苯氧乙酸含量的方法。 2 ,4 二氯苯氧乙酸和 2 ,4 ,5 -三氯苯氧乙酸在 0 0 5～2 5 μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,r2 分别为 0 9971和 0 9980 ,平均回收率为 :2 ,4 -二氯苯氧乙酸 98 8% ,2 ,4 ,5 -三氯苯氧乙酸 98 7%。本法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好 ,可用于纺织品中苯氧乙酸类除草剂含量的测定 |

| Abstract: | Developing a method for determination of residues of 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T in the food and textile.2,4-D and 2,4,5-T were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (APCI,Negative ion)based on Full Mass Scan and Selected Reaction Monitoring(SRM)with the mobile phase of methanol-water(0.0125%formic acid)(55∶45,V/V).The detection limits were 0.04μg/kg for 2,4-D and 2,4,5-T.The calibration curves linear from 0.05～2.5μg/mL.This method was specific,sensitive and suitable for determination of the residual2,4-D are and 2,4,5-T in the textile. |
