| 摘 要： | 通过对河北省沿海湿地功能评价和演变过程分析,河北省沿海湿地面积在逐渐减少,上游来水量逐渐减少,而且来水水质也受到不同程度的污染,对沿海湿地功能的发挥以及对湿地生物多样性造成一定的影响.为保证沿海湿地水源供给,河北省各部门开展流域间生态应急补水的措施,并制定沿海湿地保护规划等措施,为保护沿海湿地发挥了重要作用.根据湿地现状和存在的问题,探讨北方地区沿海湿地保护的目标和措施,为今后滨海湿地保护提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | Wetlands is an integrate part of the Earth's ecosystem. By analyzing evolution process and evaluate the wetland function in Hebei coast areas,the protective planning is made to cope with the polluted water from upstream to provide scientific basis for coast wetland protection. |
