摘    要:宝应是中华荷藕之乡,宝应要在荷藕生产、加工、销售方面形成优势,就必须发挥自然优势,认识宝应藕的独特价值;确立宝应藕的品牌地位;借助人文历史,挖掘荷藕的文化内涵;综合利用,全方位开发,培育荷藕的生产集群,形成产业化优势.

Abstract:Baoying is the home of lotus roots in China. In order to make Baoying county superior to other places in lotus roots production, processing and marketing, it is very important for it to well develop its natural priority, recognize the specific value of Baoying lotus roots, fix its brand place, unearth its cultural connotation with the help of the understanding of local humanistic history and utilize lotus roots comprehensively and in all directions. Only in this way can the collective group of lotus roots production be cultivated and the industrial superiority be formed.
