| 摘 要： | 在软交换网络中,IP承载网的传输质量对网络的服务质量起着至关重要的作用.但由于IP网络很难保证提供特定的传输质量,所以对IP承载网的传输质量进行实时监测就很有必要.文中描述的监测系统能实时监测IP承栽网的时延,时延抖动和丢包率,可为软交换网络的维护和扩容等工作提供准确、及时的信息.文中描述了该监测系统的体系结构,给出了实现的三个关键技术.
