特殊结构填函式换热器的管板设计

摘    要:在分析固定管板换热器管板应力的计算原理基础上,指出了该特殊结构的填函换热器,由于其管板周边的剪力和弯矩为零,不会引起管板的整体弯曲应力,故可视为极端状态的固定管板换热器。在进行管板厚度设计时可免除整体弯曲应力的计算,仅按小圆板模型进行计算,且在结构上满足制造要求的最小厚度即可。

Abstract:This article introduces a design and calculation method for special structure packed floating heat exchanger based on analysis of the calculation theory of tubesheet stress of fixed tubesheet heat exchanger.The thickness of tubesheet may be calculated based on small disk model without calculating whole bending stress,and the minimum required thickness should be satisfied structurally.
