常减压装置换热网络改造探析

摘    要:常减压装置的改造过程中,换热网络改造是其中的难点。笔者通过对8 Mt/a燃料油型常减压装置改造成减压深拔型润滑油装置的改造方案中的换热网络改造的研究,从燃料油型与润滑油型常减压装置在生产操作和控制方案等的不同入手,结合减压深拔的技术特点,装置实际情况的限制,采用换热网络窄点分析技术进行优化设计,使改造方案趋于节能、合理和经济。

Abstract:The design example of heat-exchanger network of an 8.0Mt/a crude distillation unit,which was revamped from fuel type vacuum distillation to lube-oil type deep-cut vacuum distillation,is analyzed to provide some key points which should be stressed in the revamping of heat-exchanger network.A reasonable and economical revamping plan is achieved based on the site conditions of the unit.
